Every barber here comes in through an extensive interview, including a technical one, keeps up with continuing education, and is trained on scissors as well as clippers, which plenty of shops skip. So there is no wrong answer. Book whoever is free, and if your usual barber is booked up, try another: plenty of clients move between barbers, and none of them mind.
