These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at barleyandmane.com operated by Barley & Mane Barber Spa ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Where we work

All services are performed at our shop at 1401 Main Street, Dunedin, FL 34698. We are a single location; we do not travel to you.

Pricing

Service prices are published on our pricing page. Add-ons you choose in the chair are charged in addition to the service price, and your barber will tell you the cost before doing the work.

Appointments, cancellations, and no-shows

Appointments are booked through Vagaro. To change or cancel, call the shop at (727) 330-7083. We ask for 48 hours notice and need at least 24 hours to cancel or reschedule.

If you cancel within 24 hours, or do not show up, you may be charged up to the full price of the booked services. An appointment counts as a no-show if you do not arrive, or if you cancel within two hours of the start time. To hold your booking we keep a card on file through Vagaro, used only for this policy.

Moving your appointment to an earlier time is never charged. It is not our objective to charge anyone. We would rather serve you.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods are listed on our pricing page.

Warranty and guarantee

The terms of our guarantee are described on our guarantee page.

Website content

The content on this site, including photos, copy, logos, and design, is the property of Barley & Mane Barber Spa or used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish content from this site without our written consent.

Testimonials shown on this site are from real customers. If you submit a review through our review page, you grant us permission to display it on our site and marketing materials.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your use of this site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Pinellas County, FL.
