What this actually means
Haircut not quite right? Tell us within 7 days and we will adjust it free of charge.
Walk out unsure, or notice something once the cut settles in? Call the shop within seven days and come back in. We adjust it, no second charge and no argument. Sit with the same barber, or pick a different one, whatever you are more comfortable with.
Book the barber you want when you book through Vagaro, so the person who knows your cut is the person in the chair.
