One guard length is not a beard trim
A good beard is shaped to your face, not run over with one guard length. Our barbers detail the lines by hand, so the beard looks intentional instead of grown out, and the straight razor comes out when you add a shave.
The Precision Beard Detail shapes and cleans the lines, with no shave. The Traditional Beard Detail with Shave adds a close hot lather straight razor shave, and the Premium version adds our signature men's facial as well, so the beard and the skin both come out right.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Either works. Appointments come first, so booking online is the surest way to get the barber and the time you want, but we take walk-ins whenever a chair is open. Call the shop at (727) 330-7083 and we will tell you what is free today.
How long does a haircut or the package take?
Cuts are booked at 30 minutes and can run to 45 when the cut needs it. The Premium Package, the full experience, is about 75 minutes, and a first visit is booked at 90 so there is time for everything.
Can I book a specific barber?
Yes. Booking runs through Vagaro, and you choose your barber by name, so you can sit with the same person every time. If yours is booked up, try another. Every barber here is vetted through a technical interview, plenty of clients move between barbers, and none of them mind.
How far ahead can I book?
Same day is fine. Online booking opens two months ahead, and for a date further out, call the shop and we will book it for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 48 hours notice and need at least 24 hours to cancel or reschedule. Inside 48 hours, call the shop, and leave a voicemail if we are closed. Inside 24 hours, or a no-show, can be charged up to the full price of the booked services, and cancelling within two hours counts as a no-show. Moving your appointment earlier is always fine. It is not our objective to charge you. We would rather serve you.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes. The Barley & Mane Club is $49 a month, or $69 for your household, for 25% off grooming services, 10% off retail, priority booking and no card-processing fees, with no credits to track. It pays for itself once your grooming services pass $196 a month. There are also service memberships for the same service on a set schedule, and prepaid packages that never expire. Ask your barber which one fits.
